PAYMENT METHODS
Cactus Country accepts Mastercard and Visa in store. Online purchases can be paid using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
POSTAGE COSTS
For large plant orders please contact us via sales@cactuscountry.com.au for shipping quotes.
Shipping is calculated upon purchase, in some cases shipping is included in the price of the plant.
We do not ship to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
ARTWORK POSTAGE
Shipping is included in the price, we can ship anywhere in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally
RETURN TO SENDER
In the case of Return to Sender for whatever reason, you are able to request for the order to be redelivered for a fee (calculated by weight) or choose to have the order total (minus shipping fee) refunded as online credit note.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS VIA TRANSIT
While it is out of our control once your order leaves our care, we pack your orders as well as we can to provide as much padding and support as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for actions of any third party service for losses and damages. However, if your items are defective or damaged via transit, please attach relevant photos and email us for further assessment. Once assessed, we may be able to offer you a store credit.
If you have any problems please let us know and we will try our best to make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As we have limited stock of plants, we are only able to offer exchanges if you change your mind or decide the plant is not what you wanted. We only offer returns if the item is faulty.

- Send the product back within 5 business days of receiving it to:

- All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility.
